1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide The Mak+ Library System Administrator Service In 2026. The Order Is Divided Into Four Lots.2. Administrators Of The Mak+ System Provide Ongoing Support (Technical And Substantive Using Ict Tools) For Libraries Using The Mak+ System, Supplemented With Sales Activities (Acquisition Of New Customers, Implementations And Data Imports) And Maintenance Activities (E.G. Implementation Of Provincial Workshops). The Provision Of Mak+ Library System Administrator Services Includes Activities Ensuring Comprehensive Support For Processes Related To Current And New Clients Of The Mak+ System, In The Scope Specified Below In The Opz. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide Services In The Above Scope 5 Days A Week, 8 Hours A Day For Each Part Of The Subject Of The Order. For Each Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Provision Of Telephone/E-Mail Technical Support Services For Libraries Using The Mak+ System Will Apply To At Least 200 Libraries, And This Number May Vary Throughout The Year, And Its Change, Either Positive Or Negative, Will Not Be The Basis For Changing The Concluded Contract Regarding The Amount Of The Monthly Remuneration. 3. The Scope Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract For Lots No. 1-4 Is The Same, Except For The Geographical Area For Which The Services Are To Be Provided. These Are, Respectively: 3.1 Part No. 1 - Administrator For The Area Of North-Eastern Poland, Covering The Following Voivodeships: Warmian-Masurian, Podlaskie, Lubelskie And The North-Eastern Part Of The Masovian Voivodeship, I.E. The Poviats Of Mława, Przasnysz, Ostrołęka, Ciechanowski, Makowski, Ostrowski, Węgrowski, Sokołowski, Siedlce And Łosice, Along With Cities With The Rights District Located In The Indicated Area.4. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (For Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 And Part 4) - Annex A To The Swz.
