The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 18 Pieces Of Petrol Cutters And 36 Pieces Of Petrol Saws (Model A - 18 Pieces, Model B - 18 Pieces), The Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. The Offered Products Of The Order Must Meet All The Features Specified In The Swz, Be New, Manufactured In 2025. Moreover, All Offered Products Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Third-Party Rights And Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security. All Devices Are Delivered Fully Assembled, Completed And Ready For Immediate Use.3. Supplementary Requirements - General: 3.1) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 3.2) Equipment Servicing By The Contractor During The Warranty Period.3.3) The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Products Come From One Manufacturer.3.4) The Complete Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered With All Required Documents To The Indicated Place: Crisis Management Office Of The City And Commune Office In Wieliczka, Ul. Limanowskiego 32, 32-020 Wieliczka. 3.5) The Price Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery Of The Order.3.6) The Price Should Include All Costs Related To Delivery.3.7) Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Provided Within A Radius Of Up To 50 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office.3.8) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Timely Execution Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract.3.9) Due Diligence Is Required When Executing The Order.
