The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Water Tanker Intended For Transporting Drinking Water. The Equipment Is Necessary To Supply Water To The Population During Water Network Failures Or Other Crisis Situations, As Well As For Logistical Purposes For The Services. 3.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Following Technical Parameters: • Steel Tank, Hot-Dip Galvanized Inside And Outside, With A Capacity Of 3,200 - 3,500 L. It Must Have A Current Pzh Hygiene Certificate Allowing Contact With Water Intended For Human Consumption. The Tank Should Be Equipped With An Upper Manhole With A Minimum Diameter Of 400 Mm, Enabling Inspection And Cleaning. • Chassis: Single-Axle, Homologated, With A 12V Lighting System In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law. Equipped With A Parking Brake And A Support Wheel To Facilitate Maneuvering And Attaching The Wheel, Among Others. 11.5/80X15.3. • Beam With 4 Intake Valves. • Flood Connector With W52 Firemans Connection, Located In The Lower Part Of The Tank. • Service Brake - Dual-Circuit, Pneumatic System. • Barrel Wagon Equipped With A Metal Tool Box. • Sight Glass Fill Level Indicators. • The Delivered Tanker Truck Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured In 2025. Warranty: • The Contractor Must Provide A Minimum 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Item. Note: If The Contractor Does Not Indicate The Warranty Period In The Offer Form, The Ordering Party Will Assume For The Purpose Of Calculating The Score That The Contractor Has Offered The Minimum Required Warranty Period, I.E. 12 Months, But If The Contractor Indicates A Warranty Period Shorter Than 12 Months, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226(1) Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Service: • The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Of The Offered Car In Poland At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.
