Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Accommodation And Meals During A Three-Day Training Conference Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled We Protect You Together As Part Of The Interreg Czech Republic - Poland Program

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Logistic Support Service (Accommodation With Meals And The Provision Of A Conference Room) During A Three-Day Training Conference Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled We Protect You Together (Cz.11.01.01/00/24_012/0000174) Under The Interreg Czech Republic - Poland Program, Priority 1: Integrated Rescue System And The Environment, Goal 1.1 - Greater Readiness And Cross-Border Ability To Deal With Threats And Disasters On The Czech-Polish Border Related To Climate Change. 2. The Conference Referred To In Section 1, Will Be Combined With The Training Of Dispatchers Of Crisis Management Centers (Czk) And Emergency Services On Duty From Poland And The Czech Republic: Climate Change And Their Impact On The Safety Of Inhabitants Of Mountain Areas. 3. The Order Envisages The Organization Of A Conference For 80 People (+/- 20% - Under The Option Right Referred To In Section 4) On: December 15-17, 2025. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right, In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Relation To The Number Of Persons Participating In The Confederation, Indicated In Section 3, By Reducing Or Increasing This Number By A Maximum Of 20%. Confirmation Of The Exercise Of The Option Right Is The Submission To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Of A Notification Regarding A Reduction Or Increase By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Number Of People Who Will Participate In The Training Conference, Accommodation And Meals (I.E. By A Maximum Of 16 People). In Such A Situation, The Contractors Basic Remuneration, Indicated In The Offer Form And The Contract (If The Contract Is Concluded Earlier Than The Notification Of The Final Number Of Participants Is Provided To The Contractor) In The Scope Of The Costs Of Accommodation And Meals For 80 People, Will Be Changed Accordingly, I.E. Increased Or Reduced By The Value Of The Option Right, I.E. By The Value Constituting The Product Of The Sum Of The Gross Prices Offered (For Accommodation And Meals Of One Person) And The Number Of People Finally Provided By The Ordering Party. The Application Of The Option Right After Concluding The Contract Will Result In The Parties Signing An Annex To The Contract, Which Will Specify The Number Of Training Participants And The Resulting Contract Value. However, If The Option Right Is Notified By The Ordering Party Before Concluding The Contract, Then The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Conclude An Agreement With The Content Taking Into Account The Final Number Of Conference Participants Reported By The Ordering Party And The Resulting Contract Value. The Ordering Party May Activate The Option Right After Notifying The Contractor In Advance, Which Will Be Sent In Writing Or Electronically (E-Mail).
