The Implementation Of The Investment Requires Appropriate Supervision Of Specialists In The Construction, Sanitary, Electrical And Road Industries. Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of An Investment Task Are An Essential Element Of The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. The Duties Of The Engineer Will Include, Among Others: Active Participation In The Development Of Project Documentation, Verification And Approval Of Documents (Measurements, Cost Estimates) Constituting The Basis For The Ordering Partys Payment To The Contractor; Checking The Completeness And Correctness Of Documents Required For The Acceptance Of Construction Works; Giving Opinions And Recommending Possible Proposals For Changes To Design Solutions; Monitoring The Progress Of Works By Checking Their Actual Advancement And Compliance With The Work Schedule Applicable To The Implementation Of The Contract; Organizing Technical And Problem Meetings And Other Meetings Of Investment Process Participants Involved In The Implementation Of The Contract, Organizing And Coordinating The Activities Of All Parties Participating In The Investment Project. The Above Is To Ensure Control Over The Timeliness And Quality Of Construction And Assembly Works.
