Tenders Are Invited For Social Services For Care And Assistance Services For People In Need Of Support - Order Divided Into Two Parts

1) Part 1 - Assistant Services - Supporting A Person With A Disability In Performing Basic Everyday Activities Necessary For Active Social Functioning. (E.G. Support In Moving, Among Others, To The Doctor, Service Points And Other Public Places, Assistance In These Places, Spending Free Time, Including Support During Cultural, Sports And Recreational Activities), Professional (E.G. Support In Moving To Work, Employment Offices, Professional Activation Entities, Assistance In These Places And Activities), Educational. Depending On The Needs Of Ozn, The Assistant Service May Also Include Hygiene Care And Assistance In Physiological Activities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii Of The Swz And In Annex No. 1 To Chapter Ii Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. The Unit Price For The Basic Task And The Option Right Must Be The Same. The Contractor Cannot Propose A Higher Or Lower Price Within The Scope Of The Option Law. The Ordering Party Anticipates That Within The Scope Of The Option Right, It Will Launch The Service For A Maximum Of 1,500 Hours. If The Option Right Is Exercised, The Ordering Party Will, By October 31, 2027 At The Latest, Provide The Contractor Via Electronic Means Of Communication (E-Mail) Through A Designated Employee (Contact Person) With A Declaration On The Activation Of The Option Right. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right, But Does Not Have To. He May Exercise The Option Right In Full Or Only In Part. The Option Law Task Must Be Implemented On The Same Principles As The Basic Task.
