Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of One Surgical Endoscopy Tower for Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital, Affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate (Ready Goods). announces an internal tender request with full urgency. The Damascus Health Directorate announces with full urgency its desire to conduct a tender request for the supply and installation of one surgical endoscopy tower for the Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate (ready goods) in accordance with the general conditions and the special conditions booklet (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with the following : Initial deposits: The initial deposits have been set at an amount of 24,000,000 Syrian pounds only, twenty-four million Syrian pounds only. Payment shall be made by certified check payable to the Damascus Health Directorate, or by bank guarantee issued by banks authorized in the Syrian Arab Republic, or in cash against a receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance, as stipulated in the Special Conditions (Financial and Legal). Final Guarantees: 10% of the contract value. Commitment Period: The commitment period is set at thirty (30) days from the date of the commencement order. Late Penalties: One per thousand of the contract value for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value. Bid Validity Period: The bidder shall remain bound by their bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the day following the deadline for submitting bids. The selected contractor shall remain bound by their bid for the entire duration of this period. If the commencement order is not issued within this period, the bidder has the right, within seven days following the expiry of the aforementioned period, to withdraw their bid by means of a written letter registered with the Health Directorate. Otherwise, their bid shall be automatically renewed for another period commencing from the day following the expiry of the deadline given to the selected contractor, and so on, provided that the selected contractors bid validity period does not exceed six months. Warranty Period: One year free of charge, commencing from the date of initial receipt of the equipment, as stipulated in the Special Conditions (Financial and Legal).
