A Separate Application Must Be Submitted For Each Main Category Of Supply Or Service. Each Application Should Include A Copy Of The Deposit Slip For A Non-Refundable Fee Of Rs. 2,000/-, Deposited To The Collection Account (Reference No. 850000390000926) At The Peoples Bank, University Of Jaffna. If An Applicant Selects One Or More Sub-Categories Under The Same Main Category, Only A Single Fee Of Rs. 2,000/- Is Required For That Main Category. If An Applicant Applies For Multiple Main Categories, A Separate Fee Of Rs. 2,000/- Must Be Paid For Each Main Category.
