The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Granting Of A Concession Or The Selection Of A Concessionaire For The Implementation Of The Mandatory Public Service Of Regular Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Municipality Of Miren-Kostanjevica, Which Includes Regular Annual Maintenance Of Municipal Roads And Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Entire Area Of The Municipality Of Miren-Kostanjevica, Namely On All Public Roads In The Municipality, Which Are Categorized By The Decree Governing The Categorization Of Municipal Public Roads In The Municipality, And On Uncategorized Roads In The Municipality, On Which Allowed Traffic. The Lengths And Boundaries Of The Municipal Roads From The Previous Paragraph Are Determined By The Concession Contract.
