Work Detail
Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Air Transport – Paris - Charles De Gaulle Airport - Creation Of The Dpaf Under The Alpha 3 Track Of Terminal 1. The Contract Concerns The Creation Of A New Location For The Border Police (Paf) In Terminal 1 And The Improvement Of The Reception Of Passengers With Disabilities By Allowing Them More Autonomy On The Arrival Route. For The Border Police Part, The Project Consists Of Creating 3 Semi-Buried Buildings Under An Existing Aircraft Route. They Are Each Inserted Between Two Existing Satellite Tunnels In Terminal 1. Each Building Will Be Made Up Of 2 Levels: The Main Level Will Accommodate The Border Control Process (Queuing, Border Equipment, Etc.); The Lower Level Will Accommodate The Dpaf Operating Premises, Public Toilets, Various Operating Premises And Technical Premises. Access To The 3 New Buildings Will Be Via Satellite Tunnels On Either Side Of Each Building Via Connections That Will Be Created. The Existing Moving Sidewalks In The Satellite Tunnels Impacted By The Project Will Be Replaced And Adapted To The New Routes. Three Of The 4 Faces (1 Rear And 2 Side) Of Each Building Are Buried (Under An Aircraft Lane), The 4Th Face Overlooks The Road Route (Minute Drop-Off) Of Terminal 1. The Latter Is A Facade Made Up Of A Glass Roof Providing Natural Light And Giving Views Outwards Towards The Central Body Of Terminal 1. The Buildings Are Built In Place Of An Aircraft Lane (Alpha Lane 3) On Which Planes Circulate Between The Central Body And The Satellites. The Work Will Begin With The Construction Of Part Of The Foundations Then The Demolition Of The Aeronautical Paving Of The Aircraft Path On The Project Right-Of-Way And The Excavation Of Earth. Then The Other Part Of The Foundations Will Be Built, The Concrete Supporting Structure Of The Complexity Of A Work Of Art (Meeting The Structural And Regulatory Requirements For Aircraft Running) And The Reconstruction Of The Aeronautical Paving Of The Alpha 3 Track. Finally Will Come The Technical Trades And Finishing Work For The Interior Fittings Of The Modules. For The Improvement Part Of The Routes For Passengers With Disabilities, The Project Includes The Creation Of 3 Phmr Circuits At Satellite Tunnels 1, 3 And 7. The Operation Consists Of Creating A Tunnel In Parallel To Each Satellite Tunnel Which Is Connected On One Side To The Satellite Tunnel And On The Other, Via One Or Two Elevators Depending On The Case, To The Satellite Thus Allowing Phmr Passengers To Avoid Circuits With A Steep Slope In Which They Cannot Be Independent. During The Work, Terminal 1 Will Remain In Operation. The Work Will Be Phased To Allow This To Remain In Operation. The Work Will Be Carried Out Largely In A Security Zone With Restricted Access. The Consultation Linked To This Operation Will Be The Subject Of A Single Tce Lot Which Includes Services For Earthworks / Vrd, Building (Major Work), Glass Roof Type Facade, Second Work, ¬ Hvac / Smoke Extraction / Plumbing / Fire Protection, ¬ Cfa / Cfo
