Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Metrolink Programme Delivery Partner Support Services. Metrolink Will Provide A High Speed, High Capacity, High Frequency, Modern And Efficient Public Transport Service For Passengers Travelling Along The Swords/Airport To City Centre Corridor In Dublin, Which Will Be Capable Of Integration With Other Modes Of Public Transport. Tii Intends To Award A Metrolink Programme Delivery Partner Support Services Contract, With Specific Services To Be Performed Set Out By Task Orders. The Programme Delivery Partner Appointed To Perform The Contract Will Provide Capability And Capacity To Integrate With And Support The Metrolink Directorate In The Co-Ordination And Management Of The Pre- And Post-Contract Stages Of The Metrolink Project. The Programme Delivery Partner Will Manage Various Contracts Procured By Tii Through Providing Services Relating To, Inter Alia, Safety, Project Management, Site Supervision And Contract Administration. Tii Intends To Separately Procure Multiple Public Contracts Which The Appointed Programme Delivery Partner Shall Provide Support Services For To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of The Metrolink Programme, Including, But Not Limited To: Enabling Works And Services Contracts, M401/402 Main Civils Infrastructure Contracts, And The M500 Public Passenger Transport Design, Build, Finance, Operate And Maintain Contract. The Programme Delivery Partner Support Services Contract Will Be Awarded In Accordance With The Provisions Of The European Union (Award Of Contracts By Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 286/2016). As The Estimated Value Of This Contract Is Equal To Or Greater Than Eur 250 Million, Any Economic Operators Participating In This Tender Process Are Under An Obligation To Notify The Contracting Authority Of All Foreign Financial Contributions As Defined In Article 28(1), Point (B) Of Regulation (Eu) 2022/2560 On Foreign Subsidies Distorting The Internal Market. If No Such Financial Contributions Have Been Received, The Economic Operator Must Instead Submit A Declaration To The Contracting Authority That It Has Not Received Such Financial Contributions From Countries Outside The Eu. Interested Parties That Wish To Participate In The Tender Process For The Metrolink Programme Delivery Partner Support Services Contract Must Submit A Signed Confidentiality Undertaking Via The Messaging System On The E-Tenders Website Associated With This Tender Process. Full Tender Documents Will Be Made Available To Any Party During The Tender Process That Submit A Signed Confidentiality Undertaking. Subject To Tii’S Absolute Discretion, Any Failure To Comply With This Requirement May Result In The Interested Party Not Being Able To Participate In The Tender Process.
