Currently, The Service Lacks A Platform For Management Indicators That Supports The Operation Of The Institutional Performance Monitoring System From The Formulation Of Indicators, Their Measurement And Evaluation, And The Issuance Of Reports And The Risk Management Process. For The Year 2025, The Number Of Officials Authorized By Budgetary Statement Corresponds To 92 People For Program 01, Who Work In The Different Departments And Subdirectorates That Are Part Of The Organic Structure Of The Service. Currently, To Monitor And Control Internal Management, Excel Spreadsheets Are Used That Allow Some Levels Of Collaborative Work, But Various Limitations And Problems Have Been Identified That Hinder The Adequate Control Process, A Situation That Entails Risks In Terms Of The Integrity Of The Information And Operational Continuity Of Processes. Some Of These Problems Are: A Data Integrity, Since When Working With Shared Excel Spreadsheets They Can Be Altered By Any User Voluntarily Or Involuntarily, Leaving No Record Of It. B Traceability Of Data, Since It Is Not Always Possible To Know Its Origin, Use And Modifications.
