The State Of The Municipal Road Is Unsatisfactory. There Are Numerous Cracks, Holes And Sinkholes. The Roadside Banquettes Are Also In Poor Condition. Vertical Signaling Is Missing (Except In Intersection Areas), And Horizontal Markings Are Hard To See Even In Daylight. The Approximate Length Of The Planned Section For Repair Is About 4,800.00 M. There Are No Projects Available In The Technical Archive Of Ruse Municipality For Municipal Road Rse 1051 /I-2, Ruse - Pisanets/ - Buzan - Novo Selo - Dolno Ablanovo - /Rse 1130/. The Development Of An Investment Project For The Site Will Achieve The Following: Improving The Transport And Operational Characteristics Of The Municipal Road Network; Ensuring Traffic Safety Conditions; Repair Of Road Facilities; Travel Comfort. 1. Design In Order To Implement The Investment Policy Of The Municipality Of Ruse And Build The Above-Mentioned Object, It Is Necessary To Prepare A Project In Accordance With The Current Regulations And Taking Into Account The Existing Situation Of The Municipal Road Network. The Project Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 On Road Design, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 On The Terms And Conditions For The Use Of Road Restraint Systems And Their Requirements. The Investment Project Should Be Prepared After Extensive Studies Of The Condition, Location And Initial Technical Information Of The Contracting Authority. The Project Should Contain Detailed Explanatory Notes, Technical Specifications, Bills Of Quantities And The Necessary Drawings And Details.
