Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Active Net Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Medium Voltage, For The Needs Of V And K - Steneto Eood - Troyan

The Procedure Is Carried Out In Order To Select A Supplier Of Net Active Medium Voltage Electrical Energy, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Complete Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator Ead (Eso) And The Electricity Transmission Network Operator (Oem) And To Assume The Costs Of Imbalances For The Needs Of V And K - Steneto Eood - Troyan, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Confirmation Of The First Delivery Schedule. The Participant Shall Supply The Necessary Amounts Of Electrical Energy, In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Energy Act, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee), The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee) And All Applicable Regulations. The Estimated Amount Of Active Net Medium Voltage Electric Energy Is About 584.00 Mwh (Five Hundred Eighty Four Megawatt Hours) Per Year. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 8, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, As The Supply Is Regular, And When Determining It, The Unit Prices From Bneb For The Last 12 (Twelve) Months Are Taken Into Account And Includes: The Value Of The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Does Not Include The Price Of The Regulatory Determined Prices For Network Services, The Fee / Price / Obligations To Society Determined By Decision Of Kevr, Excise Tax According To Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 17 Of Zads And Vat, As Well As Additional Amounts Charged For Shortage Or Surplus. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Up To Bgn 175,000.00 (One Hundred And Seventy-Five Thousand Bgn) Or €89,476.07 (Eighty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred And Seventy-Six Euros And 07 Euro Cents) Excluding Vat, For The Entire Term Of The Contract – 12 (Twelve) Months. Detailed Data On The Consumption Of Active Net Electric Energy Medium Voltage, For 2024 And 2025, Are Given In Table No. 2 And 3 In The Technical Specification Attached To The Order. The Participant Shall Include The Clients Object In A Standard Balancing Group Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee. No Fee For Participation In A Standard Balancing Group And Penalties For Surplus Or Shortage Of Electrical Energy/Imbalances/ Shall Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. The Participant Should Perform All The Necessary Actions, According To The Current Ptee, So As To Ensure The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply During The Execution Of The Public Order, As Well As So That It Is Not Removed From The Balancing Energy Market. The Participant Should Provide A Service For Forecasting The Required Amounts Of Electricity, Their Balancing And Their Declaration, And The Contracting Authority Has No Commitment For This. The Participant Shall Bear The Costs Of The Balancing. The Contractor Shall Add New Sites And Exclude Existing Sites Owned By The Employer At His Request Without Payment Of Additional Fees For This.
