The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of All Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Necessary For The Major Repair Of Part Of The Property, Described In Detail In The Attached Technical Documents, And In Particular Consist (Indicative And Not Exhaustive) Of: Extraordinary Maintenance And Architectural Restoration, Adaptation And Renovation Of Technological Installations (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Air-Conditioning, Fire-Fighting, Etc.), Internal And External Auxiliary Works, Finishing Works And Any Other Construction Activities, In Accordance With The Current Regulations (Italian And European) In The Field Of Construction, Safety, Facilities And Environmental Protection, As Well As Technical And Operational Specifications. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes All Supplies, Services And Materials Necessary For The Complete And Functional Execution Of The Works, Even If They Are Not Explicitly Mentioned, But Are Assumed By The Project And The Technical Documents (Including Costs Of Safety, Scaffolding Or Other Temporary Facilities, Tests Of Installations, Issuance Of Certificates Of Conformity, Etc.).
