The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Stages And Activities: I. Design - Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project In Parts According To The Technical Specification, Attached As An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation; Ii. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Of The Object In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project; Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Object, To Monitor The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project In The Individual Parts. Specific Goals Are: Reducing Water Losses, Reducing The Number Of Water Pipe Accidents, Improving The Quality Of Drinking Water And Improving The Quality Of Life By Replacing The Carcinogenic Pipes With Polyethylene Ones. The Full Scope Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
