The Subject Of The Service Is The Delivery, Storage, Transport, Assembly And Dismantling, Operation And Maintenance Of 75 Km Of Construction Fence/Mobile Permanent Fence Elements In Connection With The (Temporary) Fencing Of One Or More Areas For The Purpose Of Combating Animal Diseases. The Material Should Be Cared For During Storage And, If Used, Maintained/Inspected Sufficiently Often During The Downtime, Repaired If Necessary And Kept Operational. Once The Disease Control Has Been Completed, The Mobile Permanent Fence Elements Must Be Completely Dismantled And Stored Properly Or Disposed Of At Your Own Expense. The State Of Rhineland-Palatinate Intends To Provide The Service On The Basis Of A Contract With A Term Of Two Years (Basic Term). There Is A Unilateral Extension Option In Favor Of The Client For A Further Two Years (Maximum Contract Term Of Four Years In Total). The Material Is Primarily Needed And Used To Protect Against Unhindered Movement Of Wild Boars In Connection With The Fight Against African Swine Fever. The Client (Contractual Partner) Acts As The Central Procurement Point. All Rhineland-Palatinate Authorities Responsible In The Event Of An Animal Disease (Those Entitled To Purchase) Can Make Construction Calls From The Stock Of Stored Material. In The Event Of An Animal Disease, The District Administrations Are Currently Locally Responsible According To Section 1 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 3, Sentence 2 Agtiergesg. The District Administrations Listed In The Appendix To Section 1 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 3 Agtiergesg Are Responsible For Independent Cities. The Material Must Be Delivered Within 30 Days Of The Award Of The Contract. The Material Must Be Delivered To A Suitable Location To Be Organized By The Contractor In Or In The Immediate Vicinity Of Rhineland-Palatinate And Stored There By The Contractor. The Construction And Subsequent Services Are Commissioned Based On Corresponding Calls Depending On The Epidemic Situation. The Contractor Has No Claim That The Mobile Permanent Fence Elements Must Be Retrieved From The Existing Agreement With Him. The Respective Individual Calls Are Made At The Discretion Of The State Of Rhineland-Palatinate Or The Beneficiaries, Depending On The Epidemic Situation.
