In View Of The Realization Of The ‘Noord-Zuid Limburg’ Project, De Werkvennootschap Will Enter Into A Dbfm Agreement With The Project Company (Spv-Dbfm). This Selection Guide Is Part Of The Appointment Of A Private Partner For This Purpose. The Current Setup Is That The Spv-Dbfm Will Be Responsible For The Design, Construction, And Financing Of The Project And Its Maintenance In Principle For A Period Of 30 Years From The Completion Of The Construction Phase.
