Hiring Buffet Services With The Following Characteristics:Buffet Structure Service Must Include All Items Below, According To The Standard Menu And The Needs Of Each Event:•Cold Cuts Board (Cheese, Salami, Smoked Sirloin, Ham, Breads And Pates);•Cold Dishes (Green Salads And Chinese Cabbage);•Side Dishes (White Rice And Rice Greek);•Meats: White Meat: Chicken Stroganoff With Straw Potatoes; Continuous Reset During A Period Of 6 (Six) Hours.4.2. Utensils And Support Structure•Tables With Tablecloths;•Plastic Chairs With Covers;•Porcelain Plates;•Stainless Steel Cutlery;•Adequate Bowls And Glasses;•Napkins;•Side And Service Tables As Required By The Event.4.3.
