Tenders Are Invited For X-Ray Contrast Stained

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For The Purchase Of X-Ray Contrast Agents Based On The Names And Descriptions Given In Appendix 1. This Procurement Is Divided Into 10 Parts. The Offer Can Be Submitted Either For One Or Several Parts. Framework Contracts Are Concluded According To The Terms Of Appendix 2 (1 Supplier) Or Appendix 3 (2 Suppliers). In The Event That The Same Bidder Is Recognized As Successful In Several Parts, A Single Framework Contract Covering All Relevant Parts Of The Procurement Will Be Concluded With Him. The Expected Quantities Indicated In Annex 1 Are Based On The Previous Experience Of The Procurer And Are Not Binding For The Execution Of The Framework Contract. The Supplier Orders Products According To The Actual Need Arising From The Provision Of Healthcare Services. The Procurer Has The Right To Increase The Quantity Of Purchased Goods By 30% Of The Bid Price For Each Part And For Each Procurer.
