Public Transport Services By Railways – Provision Of Railway Transport Services On Lines Ordered By The Vysočina Region By Motor Traction Vehicles. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport In Order To Ensure Traffic Services, Especially In The Territory Of The Vysočina Region, In Accordance With Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On Regions, As Amended, And § 2 Zvs. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded By The Contracting Authority With The Supplier Who Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Client. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2 Of The Tender Documentation). Other Technical Conditions Defining The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Set Out In Article 10 Of The Tender Documentation.
