The Object Of The Contract Is The Digital Transformation Of The Municipality Of Volvi With The Design, Supply And Installation Of Applications And Technological Means That Will Improve The Management And Functionality Of The Urban Environment Of The Municipality, Providing More Efficient, Innovative And High Quality Services, For The Benefit Of Residents, Visitors And Businesses. This Contract Concerns The Following: Section 1: Digital Transformation Actions Plus Financial Management, Estimated Value €381,260.32 Including Vat 24%. • Action 10. Smart Electric Lighting Systems Inside Municipal Buildings • Action 11. Smart City/Municipality Guide With Local Businesses Registration • Action 14. Digital Platform For The Management Of Vulnerable Groups • Action 15. Management Of Indoor And Outdoor Sports, Culture And Entertainment Spaces (Planning Lessons, Informing Parents, Matches, Mass Sports, Etc.) • Action 20. Cultural – Sports Events – Electronic Ticket Management • Action 27. Digitization Of Municipal Library Catalogs – Creation Of A Smart Municipal Library • Action 31. Electronic System For Consultation Of Regulatory Decisions • Action 35. Central Single Platform For Management And Data Collection Of Local Government Digital Transformation Actions. In Addition To Supply, The Scope Of The Contract Includes Maintenance And Support Services For The Good Operation Guarantee Period, Which Is Defined As A Minimum Of Two (2) Years. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Operate The Offered Software, In A Public Digital Data Center Which Will Be Indicated To Him By The Municipality. For This Reason, The Contractor Will Deliver To The Municipality The Infrastructure Requirements For The Proper Operation Of The Application. Until The Municipality Indicates The Digital Data Center In Which The Application Will Finally Be Installed And Hosted, The Contractor Undertakes To Host The Application, In A Facility Under His Responsibility Or In A Special Data Hosting Center (Host Center) At No Additional Cost To The Municipality. The Maximum Period Of Hosting By The Contractor Will Be Five (5) Years From The Date Of Delivery Of The Application. During This Period Of Time, The Contractor Is Obliged To Migrate The Application To The Digital Data Center That Will Be Indicated To Him. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of The Declaration. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat. (24 %) Amounts To €307,468.00. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Including Vat. (24%) Amounts To €381,260.32 (Vat (24%): €73,792.32).
