Portfolio Management Services – Selection Of The Manager Of The Investment Fund Dedicated To Intermediate Housing Called Sli. The Recruitment Of A Manager Responsible For Managing The Investment Fund Dedicated To Intermediate Housing Called Sli. (I) Management Of A Fund Dedicated To Intermediate Housing (“Fund Management”); (Ii) Acquisition, Management, Rotation And Sale Of Real Estate Assets Or Shares In Scis (“Asset Managements”); (Iii) Management And Monitoring Of Rental Management Contracts. The Expected Services Are Divided Into Technical Lots No. 1, No. 2 And No. 3. • Technical Lot No. 1: Fund Management (“Fund Management”) The Contract Holder Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Administrative, Legal, Financial And Strategic Management Of The Sli As Well As Its Sci. • Technical Lot No. 2: Acquisition, Management, Rotation And Transfer Of Real Estate Assets Or Shares Of Scis (Asset Managements) The Contract Holder Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Acquisition, Management, Valuation And Rotation Of The Real Estate Holdings Making Up The Portfolio Of Real Estate Assets Held By The Scis (Noting That The Transfer Of Assets Can Be Carried Out By Any Means Deemed Adequate By The Holder Validated By The Board Of Directors Of The Sli). • Technical Lot No. 3: Management And Monitoring Of Rental Management Contracts O Technical Sub-Lot No. 3.1: Definition Of The Sli Rental Policy. The Contract Holder Will Be Responsible For Defining, In Compliance With The Guidelines Of The Sli Board Of Directors, The Rental Management Strategy For The Funds Real Estate Assets, Including In Particular The Development Of Rental Scales, The Setting Of Tenant Solvency Criteria And The Coordination Of Marketing. • Technical Sub-Lot No. 3.2: Selection Of “Property Managers” • Technical Sub-Lot No. 3.3: Monitoring The Execution Of Rental Management Contracts. The Different Technical Lots Are Defined In The Act Of Commitment And In The Specifications Of Technical And Special Clauses. Essential Financing And Payment Terms: The Market Will Be Financed By Own Resources Of Mainly Public Origin And By External Resources. The Sli Will Release The Sums Due Under The Contract By Transfer To The Account Of The Holder Within 30 Days.
