The Object Of The Procurement Is The Basic Information Technology Services Of The Welfare Area, The Content Of Which Can Be Structured Into The Following Top-Level Sub-Assemblies: - User Support And Lifecycle Services Of The Terminal Environment (Incl. Service Desk, Local Support And Remote Support Services, Lifecycle Services Of The Terminal Environment And Workstation And Mobile Device Purchases) - Server Platform Use And Capacity Services (Incl. Data Center Services, Management And Monitoring Of The Server Environment, Ict Infrastructure Capacity And Public Cloud Services) - Service Implementation Project - Complementary Expert Services User Support And Terminal Equipment Lifecycle Services As Well As Server Platform Usage And Capacity Services Are Continuous Service Components. The Service Implementation Project (Transition/Transformation Project) Is A One-Time Project Service Implemented At The Beginning Of The Contract, And Expert Services Are Utilized According To The Customers Needs, If Necessary During The Contract Period.
