The Object Of The Procurement Is Alarm Devices To Be Installed In The Homes Of The Hearing Impaired, Fixed Induction Loops And Their Installation And Maintenance Service. The Procurement Unit Has Previously, With Procurement Notice 565638 / Hilma Number 2025-030952, Tendered Alarm Devices For The Hearing Impaired, Fixed Induction Loops And Their Installation And Maintenance Service, As Well As Other Aids For The Hearing Impaired. This Tender Applies To Section 1 Of The Previous Tender, For Which The Procurement Unit Did Not Receive Any Bids In Accordance With The Request For Tenders (Section Suspended). One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected As A Contractual Partner. In The Case Of Those Customers Who, Due To An Injury Or The Nature Of The Illness, Cannot Find An Alarm Device Or Induction Loop Suitable For Their Needs From The Selected Supplier, The Purchasing Unit Reserves The Right To Purchase Said Devices Also From Other Suppliers. If The Selected Supplier Is Unable To Maintain And Repair All Hearing Impaired Alarm Devices And Fixed Induction Loops Previously Purchased And In Use By The Customer, The Customer Reserves The Right To Obtain Maintenance And Repair Services For These Devices From Other Suppliers. The Agreement Comes Into Force With The Signature Of Both Parties And Is Valid Until 31 December 2028. In Addition, The Subscriber Reserves The Option To Extend The Contract For A 24-Month Extension Period. The Target Start Date Of The Contract Period Is January 1, 2026.
