Quotation are invited for Transportation Service - Beqaa. Farah Social Foundation is implementing a project, to reduce hunger and improve the health and well-being of the community through access to healthy and nutritious foods, targeting pregnant and lactating women in Beqaa Area. In this context, Farah Social Foundation is seeking a transportation service provider (company or individual) based in the Beqaa area to support the delivery of hot meals as part of this project. The service includes the daily transportation of 400 pots of ready-to-eat hot meals, with each pot serving 5 individuals, to 400 households over a period of 120 days within 6 months. Delivery will be conducted using 4 vehicles (buses or trucks), each assigned to deliver approximately 100+ pots per trip to different destinations in the Beqaa area. After completing the distribution, the same vehicles will return the empty pots back to the community kitchen for cleaning and reuse. The bidder must have the capacity to meet the following project requirements: - Ensure timely daily delivery of 400 hot meal pots to 4 separate destinations in the Beqaa area. - Each vehicle must carry and deliver around 100+ pots per day. - Ensure the return of all pots to the kitchen after each delivery.
