The bidder must be an authorized Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) qualified to enter into agreements under Microsofts Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and Microsoft Open Value (OV) programs, covering all on-premises and cloud licenses for a period of two (2) years, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the attached Request for Proposal.
