Tenders Are Invited For Market Dialogue Regarding Recurring Payments

The Administration And Services Agency Hereby Publishes, On Behalf Of The Tax Ministrys Group And Atps Group, An Advance Notice With A View To Entering Into A Dialogue With Companies That Can Offer Solutions In The Payment Area For Recurring Payments. The Tax Ministrys Group And Atps Group Want To Enter Into A Dialogue With All Relevant Players In The Payment Area In Relation To Recurring Payments. The Only Demarcations For The Dialogue Are That It Does Not Concern Actual Banking, As This Is Covered By The Agreement Offered By The Danish Financial Services Authority (Skb/Obs), And That The Dialogue Is Limited To Online Payments, I.E. Thus Not Payments Where, For Example, A Card Terminal Is Used. It Must Be Emphasized That Participation In The Dialogue Will Not Be A Prerequisite For Participating In Further Activities In The Area.
