4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The School Complex In Łomazy. 4.2. The Order Includes: A) Construction And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building Of The School Complex In Łomazy, Including: • Installation Of Information And Warning Signs, • Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Structure Intended For The Designated Installation Site, • Installation Of Inverters And Other Devices, • Installation Of Complete Cabling, • Installation Of Surge Protection, • Connecting Ac Cables To The Location Of The Existing Building Fuse Board And Adapting It To Connect A New Circuit, Photovoltaic System Will Be Connected To The Power Grid And The Buildings Internal Installation. The Electricity Produced By Photovoltaics Will Be Used For Own Needs, Any Surplus Energy Will Be Sent To The Power Grid Manager To Be Kept In The Distribution Energy Warehouse And, Based On The Netmetering Agreement, Collected Within The Half-Year Settlement Period. B) Construction And Installation Of The Energy Warehouse. The Investment Includes The Installation Of An Energy Storage Facility, The Purpose Of Which Will Be To Store The Surplus Of Electricity Produced From The Pv Installation In Relation To The Facilitys Current Demand For Electricity. Electricity From The Storage Facility Will Optimize Auto-Energy Consumption And Cover Part Of The Facilitys Demand For Electricity During Hours Of Lower Solar Panel Efficiency. C) Construction And Installation Of An Intelligent Energy Management System. The Developed Project Implements Intelligent Energy Management Systems Based On Ict And Information And Communication Technologies (Including Measurement, Operation And Monitoring Of Energy Use In The Context Of Their Scalability, Flexibility And Independence From Suppliers). With The Ict System Application Installed, You Can Adjust Your Loads As Much As Possible To The Energy Produced From A Renewable Source Without The Need To Transfer Energy To The Distribution Network.• You Will Perform Tests And Control Measurements,• You Will Perform At Least 4 Photos - One For The Panels, The Second For The Inverter, The Third For The Cabling, The Fourth For The Obtained Value Of The Protective Earthing Performed In Such A Way That The Reading From The Meter And The Location Of The Control Terminal Can Be Seen.• Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies In A Paper Version And An Electronic Copy Saved On A Portable Device,• Performance Of All Other Works Necessary To Recognize The Task As Complete.D) Execution Of The Heat Pump Installation And Its Assembly, Including:• Drilling Drilling For Vertical Ground Collectors, • Make Holes And Punctures In Building Partitions For Pipelines, • Chisel Out The Existing Foundation For The Boiler Units, • Lay Terracotta On The Floor Of The Boiler Room, • Complete And Level The Plasters, • Paint The Surfaces
