On The Eastern Side Of The Study Area, The Existing Greenery Is Being Adapted Along With A Paved Access Road And Parking Spaces (4 Parking Spaces, Including 2 For People With Disabilities). The Existing Tin Garage Is Also Being Adapted. It Is Planned To Demolish A Wooden Annex Located Next To The Building Facing Ul. Podrzeczna, Demolition Of The Existing Sanitary Building On The Western Side Of The Development Between The Adapted Buildings. It Is Planned To Backfill The Existing Liquid Waste Tanks On The Western Side Of The Development. It Is Planned To Demolish The Existing Stairs And Build A New Staircase With A Platform For People With Disabilities. A Connector Is Designed Between The Adapted Buildings, Which Complements The Functional Layout.
