Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services To Eligible Residents Of The Ozimek Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services And Specialized Care Services, As Well As Their Organization, For The Benefit Of Beneficiaries Of The Integration And Social Welfare Center In Ozimek, Awarded To Them On The Basis Of The Provision Of Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, 1693), In Their Place Of Residence Or Stay. 2. Care Services Are Provided To People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Third People And Are Deprived Of It. 3. The Number Of Hours Of Services Is: Approximately 800 Hours On Average. Per Month For Care Services And Approximately 50 Hours Per Month For Specialist Care Services For A Period Of 12 Months. Providing Care Services - For Approximately 65 People And Providing Specialized Care Services - For Approximately 5 People, On Average From 2 To 4 Hours A Day For A Number Of Days A Week, Depending On The Needs And Health Condition Of The Beneficiary. The Actual Number Of People To Whom Care Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Care Services Provided Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance. This Number May Change. 4. The Scope Of Care Services Includes: A) Providing Food, B) Assistance In Preparing Meals, C) Assistance In Eating Meals, D) Making Necessary Purchases, E) Assistance In Paying Fees, F) Assistance In Performing Daily Activities Related To Self-Service, G) Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores And Sores, H) Cleaning The Living Quarters Used By The Patient, Washing Windows (Up To 4 Times A Year) And Keeping The Patients Clothing, Personal Underwear And Bedding, I) Burning The Stove During The Heating Season, Bringing Fuel And Water, J) Assistance In Access To Health Services, In Particular Arranging Medical Visits, Supplying Medicines And Auxiliary Products As Well As Orthopedic Items, Assistance In Taking Medications And Supportive Measures Recommended By A Doctor, K) Keeping An Expense Report And Settling Accounts With The Patient For The Money Spent By The Person Providing Care Services.5. Providing Services To The Patient In The Place Of His/Her Place Of Residence Or Stay Is Aimed At: 1) Meeting Everyday Life Needs, 2) Providing Comprehensive Care In The Patients Home, 3) Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, If Possible.6. In The Case Of Specialized Care Services, The Services Provided Should Be Adapted To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability And Should Be Provided By People With Specialized Professional Training.7. People Who Will Participate In The Provision Of Services Cannot Have A Criminal Record, They Must Be Physically And Intellectually Fit, Available, Cultured, Empathetic, And Should Have The Ability To Maintain Proper Interpersonal Contacts.
