Tenders Are Invited For Administration Of The Municipal Cemetery On Behalf Of The Czeladź Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Administration Of The Municipal Cemetery On Behalf Of The Czeladź Commune From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Municipal Cemetery Has A Total Area Of ​​58,527 M2 And Is Located At Ul. Wojkowicka In Czeladź. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, No Earlier Than January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 2. As Part Of This Order, The Ordering Party Provides In Accordance With Art. 35 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Possibility Of Taking Advantage Of A One-Time Renewal Of The Contract, Consisting In Repeating The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Chapter Iii Of The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Next 12 Months.3. The Ordering Party, After The End Of The Agreement Implementation Period Referred To In Section 1 Of This Chapter Provides For The Possibility Of Renewing The Order Once For Another 12 Months On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Provided That The Service Is Properly Performed And Confirmed By The Work Acceptance Reports Referred To In § 5 Section 4 (Ppu) - Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing That It Will Benefit From The Renewal No Later Than Two Months Before The Expiry Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Written Declaration Of Consent To Resuming The Order Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Information From The Ordering Party. If The Contractor Does Not Respond Within The Above-Mentioned Period, The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Does Not Consent To Resuming The Order. Communication Will Take Place In Accordance With Chapter Xii.5. If The Contractor Is Not Informed Within The Period Described In Section 4, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Will Not Benefit From The Renewal. The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Take Advantage Of The Resumption.6. Detailed Conditions For Resuming The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To Swz7. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Administration And Maintenance Of The Municipal Cemetery Resulting From The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 576, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions To The Act, The Regulations Of The Municipal Cemetery And The Currently Applicable Order Of The Mayor Of Czeladź.
