The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Storage Base Of The Civil Defense And Civil Protection Warehouse By Purchasing The Necessary Civil Defense Equipment And A Set Of Training Phantoms And A Training Defibrillator.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Along With The Minimum Technical Parameters Is Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Entire Product Range Being The Subject Of The Order Must Have All Certificates Or Other Equivalent Documents Allowing Their Use.4. The Item Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions And Fairs, Physically Fit, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Safe, Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases. 5. The Delivered Goods Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. 6. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P.
