The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Heating Oil For The Needs Of The Obryte Commune In 2026. 1) The Task Will Consist In The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil To Schools In The Obryte Commune, The Commune Office In Obryte And The Village Cultural Center In Obryte In 2026 In An Amount Of Approximately 80 M3, Provided That The Volume Of Fuel Oil Deliveries May Change, Depending On The Route. Prevailing Weather Conditions During The Heating Season. Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Precisely Determine The Amount Of Oil That Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves That For Reasons Beyond Its Control, The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Used Less Without Any Consequences For The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase 50 M3 During The Term Of The Contract. The Remaining Amount Of 30 M3 Of Oil Is Covered By The Option Right, I.E. The Ordering Party May, But Does Not Have To, Complete This Part Of The Order And Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right If, During The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Needs To Purchase Additional Quantities Of Fuel. The Actual Order Quantity Will Depend On Weather Conditions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Any Amount Of Oil Ranging From 50 M3 To 80 M3. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Optional Scope Activated In This Mode Is To Be Implemented In The Same Way As The Basic Scope.
