The Scope Of Works And Design Work Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Appendix To This Terms Of Reference. It Includes, Among Others: 1. Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Pb+Pt+Pw), Obtaining The Required Approvals/Permits, Including A Building Permit And A Complete Set Of Documents For The Occupancy Permit.2. Construction And Installation Works (Complete Commissioning Of The Facility): – Site Preparation (Possibly Demolition Of Existing Shelters, Leveling, Strengthening Of Slopes) And Organization Of Facilities; Hardening Of Squares/Manoeuvres/Access Roads And Parking Spaces, – Construction Of An Access Ramp, Waste Boxes And Storage Shelters, – Social And Administrative Building/Container, Educational Path (With Boards), Development Of Greenery (Including Insulation), – Networks/Connections And Installations: Water Supply (Including Fire Protection/Hydrant), Sanitary And Storm Sewage, External And Internal Electrical Installations With Area Lighting And Lightning Protection, Low-Current Networks/Monitoring, – Fencing With Gates And Wickets, And Small Architecture; Marking And Preparation For Operation (Commissioning And/Tests/Training).3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Design Documentation Includes A Reference To The Subject Of The Order To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Should Be Read Together With The Term Or Equivalent. All Descriptions, Proper Names Of Materials, Names Of Manufacturers Or Standards Used In The Fup Should Not Be Treated As Imposed Or Suggested By The Ordering Party, They Should Be Understood As Definitions Of Standards. When Executing The Order, With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, It Is Allowed To Use Another Equivalent Material Or Device (Meeting The R
