Tenders Are Invited For Cleaning Of Chimney Flues In Municipal Buildings Managed (Administered) By The Ordering Party

The Order Includes Cleaning Of Chimney Flues In The Buildings Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement: 1. One-Time (1 Time/Year) Cleaning Of Ventilation Chimney Flues And Ducts, 2. Two (2 Times/Year) Cleaning Of Exhaust Gas Chimney Flues And Ducts, 3. Four Times (4 Times/Year) Cleaning Of Smoke Chimney Flues And Ducts, 4. Removal Of Soot, Ashes And Other Sediments And Pollutants Removed From The Flues Landfill - The Contractor Covers The Cost Of Storage, Removal Of Bird Nests In The Ducts And The Necessary Maintenance Of Mechanical Additional Devices And Chimney Accessories, As Well As The Cost Of Any Additional Works Related To Unblocking The Ducts, I.E. Forging And Bricking Up The Holes.5. The Maximum Value Of Remuneration That The Contractor May Receive During The Contract Implementation Period Is: Pln 490,887.00 Gross.6. The Ordering Party Guarantees That It Will Commission The Contractor With A Scope Of Work For Which The Remuneration Will Not Be Less Than 50% Of The Maximum Net Value, I.E. Pln 223,921.50. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Annexes To The Agreement.
