The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty On The Offered Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months - A Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Party. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. Points Will Be Awarded For Granting A Warranty Period Longer Than The Minimum In Accordance With Chapter Xviii Of The Swz. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractors To Inspect The Premises In Which The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order Will Be Installed In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer As Well As The Implementation And Settlement Of The Subject Of The Contract. Costs Of Delivery, Bringing In, Assembly, Commissioning, And Performing Additional Works. Accompanying Costs Related To The Commissioning Of The Devices Are Borne By The Contractor.
