The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Nursing Services At The Place Of Residence Of The Participants Of The Project Entitled Development Of Social Services In The Area Of ​​Białogard. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021-2027 Program.2. Scope Of Services1) Performing Nursing Activities, Including: • Measuring Vital Parameters (Pressure, Pulse, Temperature, Glycemia, Saturation), • Changing Dressings, Caring For Wounds And Pressure Sores, • Administering Medications In Accordance With Doctors Orders, • Helping In Maintaining Hygiene And Caring For The Sick Person. • Prevention And Health Education: • Instruction For Participants And Their Caregivers, Instruction For Participants And Their Caregivers, Covering The Scope And Conditions Of Providing Nursing Services, The Method Of Their Implementation And The Forms And Scope Of Cooperation Between The Nurse And The Family - Including Explanation Of The Roles Of Individual Parties, The Nursing Activities Undertaken, The Principles Of Asepsis And Hygiene, Procedures For Responding To Changes In The Participants Health Condition, As Well As Communication Mechanisms Between The Nurse, The Participant And The Family/Guardian. 3. Dimension And Organization Of Services1) Approximately 1,080 Hours Of Services Are Expected To Be Provided 7 Days A Week From: 7.00–20.00 (Average 40 Hours A Month).2) Depending On The Needs Of The Participants, The Ordering Party May Change The Number Of Hours3) Service Start Time - Up To 24 Hours From Reporting The Need.4. Beneficiaries1) Residents Of The City Of Białogard, Participants Of The Project Development Of Social Services In Białogard.
