1) The Subject Of The Order Are Transport Services For People, Including People With Disabilities, In The Care Of The Senior+ Day Care Home From Their Place Of Residence In The Kłecko Commune To The Headquarters Of The Senior+ Day Care Home In Kłecko, I.E. Ul. Gnieźnieńska 8, 62-270 Kłecko And Transport Home.2) The Ordering Party Expects To Transport Approximately 20 Participants Of The Senior+ Day Care Center Per Day From The Kłecko Commune, Including: 2 People In Wheelchairs. Transport Of People To The Senior+ Day Care Home Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, Except For State And Church Holidays Declared As Non-Working Days. 3) To Support The Service - Part I, The Contractor Must Have 2 Vehicles, Including: - 1 Vehicle Min. 20 Passengers, The Contractor Must Have A Vehicle To Complete The Order, I.E. Fully Operational, With Valid Diagnostic Tests, Ensuring The Safety And Comfort Of Passengers And Enabling The Transport Of People; The Vehicle Should Meet Technical Requirements Enabling Safe Entry And Exit Of People With Mobility Difficulties, Including: Moving On Crutches. - 1 Vehicle Adapted To Safely Transport 2 Disabled People In A Wheelchair - I.E. Appropriately Securing Them, Marking Them, Etc. In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Carrier Providing The Service Ensures Compliance With Safety Standards Applicable To Road Transport Of Persons, Including Persons With Disabilities. The Contractor Must Have A Vehicle For The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Fully Functional, Having Valid Diagnostic Tests, Ensuring The Safety And Comfort Of Passengers And Enabling The Transport Of Persons With Disabilities; The Vehicle Should Meet Technical Requirements Enabling Safe Entry And Exit Of People With Disabilities, Including: In A Wheelchair Or On Crutches, With A Wheelchair Fastening Along With A Passenger During Transport, The Vehicle Should Be Appropriately Marked And Appropriate Health And Safety And Hygiene Conditions Must Be Ensured.4) The Contractor Will Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, And In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490), The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (I.E.
