The Water Tank Constituting The Subject Of The Delivery Will Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Starcza Commune, Ul. Gminna 4, 42-261 Starcza.2. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Presented In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Implementation Of This Order Depends On The Awarding Of Funds To The Ordering Party From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. If These Funds Are Not Granted, Withdrawn Or Limited, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Contract. Withdrawal Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Any Claims.
