Tenders are invited for Finance Assistant Intern. Objectives: The intern will support WeWorld Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and donor regulations. On the other hand, through this internship, the Finance Assistant intern will: Gain hands-on experience in NGO financial management and accounting procedures Understand donor compliance and financial reporting requirements Develop organizational and data management skills Learn to use financial software and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, accounting systems) Main tasks and responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Finance Officer/Manager, the Finance Assistant Intern will: Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc.) Support in data entry and filing of accounting documents Help in verifying and reconciling supporting documents for expenditures Assist in preparing financial reports Support in archiving and scanning financial records Assist in monitoring expenses and budget tracking as needed Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from the faculties of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office Good communication and organizational skills How to apply The application should be in English including: CV and Motivation Letter, please to save them in a folder under your full name.
