Tenders are invited for Supply of Laboratory Consumable Materials - Surgical A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid to the Shroff of the Medical Research Institute from 17.11.2025 until 05.12.2025 (cheques and money orders will not be accepted). Self-prepared applications as per the specimen given below, along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate should either be sent by Regisered Post addressed to "Director, Medical Research Institute, Colombo 08" or deposited in the box kept in the Office of the Accountant of this institution to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 08.12.2025. The caption, "Registration of Suppliers - 2026" should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envleope containing the application. Suppliers must agree to supply goods and services on credit basis at least for a month. Single application should be enclosed in a single envelope. Even though quotations are invited from Registered Suppliers for the supplies and services, the Director of the Institute reserves the right to call for quotations from unregistered reputed suppliers and to reject any application for registration without any notice. All the suppliers should register in the www.promise.lk Electronic Government Procurement - eGP system.
