Red Deer County Is Requesting Proposals To Upgrade The Hvac Mechanical System And To Replace The Current Automation System In The Red Deer County Administration Building. This Proposal Would Include A Review Of The Current Mechanical Systems, (Slab Heating - 14 Zones, Heat Pumps - 9, And Hrv’S - 7). Red Deer County Would Like To Integrate These Systems Into A Functional System That Can Provide Thermal Comfort Throughout The Entire Building In All Seasons.
