The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Determining A Contractor For Consulting Services (Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Conformity, Technical Control On The Constructive Part And Construction Supervision) For The Major Repair Of Roads From The Republican Road Network In Two Separate Positions: Separate Item 1: Major Repair Of Road Iii-1401 Veshtitsa – Belogradchik From Km 34+400 To Km 43+300, On The Territory Of Belogradchik Municipality Separate Position 2: Major Repair Of Road Iii-1102 Kladorub – Salash From Km 26+500 To Km 34+672, On The Territory Of Belogradchik And Dimovo Municipalities Each Individual Item Will Be Treated As A Separate Entity. In This Sense, The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint Contractors For Consulting Services For Each Of The Designated Positions And To Enter Into Contracts For The Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance With The Main Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part, And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Designated Positions, With A View To Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Sites, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. On The Basis Of Art. 5, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder, Issued By The Chamber Of Builders In Bulgaria, The Construction Is The Second Group: Construction Of The Transport Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Procurement Activities As Follows: A) Participation In The Design Process And Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For Construction And Carrying Out Technical Control On The Constructive Part; B) Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And By-Laws; C) Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods.
