The National College Of Art And Design (Ncad) Intends To Procure Technical Consultancy Services, Through A Restricted Procedure, To Establish Two Single Party Framework Agreements, For The Design, Construction And Delivery Of The Project Known As Phase 1 Of Ncads Campus Development Plan. The Competition Is In Two Lots - Lot 1 Is For An Architect-Led Integrated Design Team ((The Idt Framework) And Lot 2 Is For Quantity Surveyor (Qs) Services (The Qs Framework), Together The Framework Agreements. Ncads Existing Campus Is Located Off Thomas Street, In The Heart Of Dublin 8, With A Student Population Of 1600 Full And Part Time Students.
