Eps Currently Manages A Number Of Framework Arrangements Across Its Categories And Have Established A Requirement For An Delivery Solution To Enable Contracting Authorities To Compliantly Utilise These Arrangements In The Most Accessible And Efficient Manner. A Tenderer Is Sought To Provide This Solution To Educational Institutions Including Technological Universities, Institutes Of Technology, Education Training Boards (Etbs) And Schools. These Institutions Would Then Have Access To Eps Frameworks And Arrangements Using On The Platform. The Delivery Solution Will Host Eps Framework Supplier’S Products And Pricing. These Products, At Framework Prices, Will Be Made Available To Framework Clients Throughout Irish Public Sector Bodies (Psbs). This Will Ensure The Psbs Can Avail Of Central Arrangements For Goods And Equipment, And Achieve Value For Money In Procurement. As Part Of The Eps Digitisation Strategy And To Promote The Use Of Central Arrangements For Procurement Throughout The Irish Public Sector The Eps Are Proposing The Introduction Of An E-Delivery Solution For Its Frameworks And Arrangements. This Project Will Increase The Use Of Central Arrangements Throughout The Public Sector. It Will Also Allow Smaller Educational Institutions Access To Framework Suppliers, Products And Pricing By Providing An Innovative Procurement Solution. The Proposed Solution Will Provide Value-For-Money, Ease-Of-Use Access To Central Arrangements And Ensure Transparency And Compliance In Public Sector Procurement.
