The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Performance Of Necessary Adjustment Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Existing Construction Infrastructure Of The Hospital For The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Medical Equipment, Medical Equipment And Non-Medical Equipment, As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Electrophysiology Laboratory Along With The Purchase Of Equipment At The University Hospital In Zielona Góra Sp. Z O. O. Adaptation Works Include The Modernization Of Existing Rooms, Which Are Located On Part Of The Ground Floor And Partly In The Basement Of Building C-C1, And Also Include Work On The External Area Adjacent To The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Formal And Legal Documents And Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, And Also To Prepare, If Necessary, The Required Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform Adaptation Works Of Existing Premises, Taking Into Account All Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law. Obtaining A Permit To Use (If Required) The Subject Of The Order Being Implemented Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Issue A Power Of Attorney For The Contractor For The Above Purpose.
