The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs (Builder) Regularly Carries Out Building Inspections On Its Property Portfolio Consisting Of The Danish Representations (Embassies, Consulates, Etc.) Around The World And Therefore Offers A 4-Year Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Building Inspections. The Developers Total Building Stock Is More Than 500 Properties And Leases, Distributed Among Over 100 Embassies, Consulates General, Trade Offices, Executive Residences And A Large Number Of Employee Residences. The Developers State-Owned Properties, Where A Building Inspection Must Be Carried Out Under The Framework Agreement, Amount To Approximately 90 State-Owned Properties, Which Are Divided Into Approx. 30 Chancelleries (Embassy Buildings) And Approx. 60 Residences (Executive Residences And Employee Residences). A Description Of The Developers State-Owned Properties Appears In Appendix 1A (Builders State-Owned Properties). Some Of The Buildings Are Listed And/Or Worthy Of Preservation And Will Therefore Require Specialist Knowledge Within Listed And Worthy Of Preservation Buildings.
