The Trust Carries Out Its Activities In Two Buildings, The First Is The Municipal Geriatric Center (Located At Plaça Sant Antoni, 2 Ciutadella De Menorca) And The Second Building Is The Municipal Day Center (Located At Carrer Oristano, 20, Ciutadella De Menorca). For Their Normal Operation, These Buildings Must Have The Necessary Facilities, Properly Executed And In The Appropriate Conditions Of Maintenance And Conservation, To Guarantee A Good Service And The Safety Of Their Users. Article 25 Of Law 7/1985, Regulating The Bases Of The Local Regime (Lbrl), Indicates The Matters That The Municipalities Must Exercise As Their Own Powers. Among These, Paragraph 25.2 A) Includes The Conservation Of The Building, And Paragraph 25.2 D) Includes Municipally Owned Equipment.
