Hire Of Construction And Civil Engineering Machinery And Equipment With Operator – Retender - Framework Agreement Regarding Handling And Rental Of Running Plates For Maintenance And Construction Projects. The Tendered Framework Agreement Includes The Handling, Laying Out And Renting Of Running Board Solutions For The Ordering Partys Projects. The Agreement Has An Expected Term Of 6 Years, But Can Be Extended By 1 X 24 Months. The Framework Agreement Includes Both The Rental, Handling And Laying Out Of The Contractors And The Ordering Partys Running Plates Throughout Denmark. The Framework Agreement Includes The Management Of Road Plates For Large And Complex Infrastructure Projects, Characterized By Long Routes And Dynamic Establishment, Re-Establishment And Relocation Of A Large Number Of Road Plates. The Services Covered By The Agreement Will Be Used In Connection With The Implementation Of Small And Large Construction Projects As Well As In Connection With The Maintenance And Operation Of The Ordering Partys Facilities When There Is A Need For Off-Road Traffic. The Clients Construction Projects Include, Among Other Things, Cable Laying Contracts On Open Land And In Built-Up Areas, Overhead Line Contracts, Work Under Overhead Lines In Operation As Well As Repair And Maintenance Tasks In Station Areas. The Contractor Must Have The Necessary Capacity In The Form Of Road Plates, Manpower, Storage Capacity And Machinery, Which Is Necessary To Meet The Laying Volume. Refer To Appendix 2: Task Description 25/00847-14 For A More Detailed Description. The Estimated Value Of The Agreement Is Dkk 1.3 Billion. And The Maximum Value Is Dkk 2.6 Billion, Refer To Framework Agreement Document 25/00847-18. The Estimate Is Determined On The Basis Of The Clients Expected Project Portfolio And Is Consequently Not Binding. However, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Use The Framework Agreement To The Fullest Extent Possible, Cf. The Framework Agreements Section 1.3.
